Your personal plan

The planner stores your entries in local storage in the browser you use. It does not send your project details, calculations, equipment costs or notes to our server. Plans do not sync between devices. You can remove a project through “Backups, printing and project management”. Restoring a backup adds projects without removing existing ones. When an older plan is upgraded, its original browser record is preserved for recovery. Clearing this site’s browser data removes current projects and that older record. Downloaded backups remain on your device until you delete them.

Visiting the site

Our hosting provider, Railway, processes ordinary request information needed to deliver and operate the website, such as IP address, requested URL and browser information. Infrastructure providers may retain operational logs under their own service policies. Avoid including private information in guide searches because search terms appear in the page URL.

Cookies and analytics

We count page opens, guide-to-guide clicks, product-link clicks and planning journey starts/completions in our own database. We store daily totals for public page/product identifiers, marketplace and ordinary/affiliate link type, without raw event histories, visitor identifiers, IP addresses, search queries or planner answers in these analytics records. These counts are not unique visitors or purchases. Totals older than 90 days are removed when collection or reporting next runs. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control requests are respected. Hosting request logs are separate, as described above. No advertising tracker or third-party visitor analytics service is installed. The public planner uses local storage rather than an account. The separate editorial administration area uses authentication cookies for signed-in editors.

Our catalog does not add your private planner information to these links. We do not control their content or data handling.
